It’s right on the Leh-Manali Highway and easily approachable to explore Rohtang Pass which is 44 kms and Atal Tunnel is just 16 kms away.

Solang Diaries has 6 well appointed, spacious and airy bedrooms and with wash rooms fitted with water heater.  The Sitting area is furnished is cozy and heated with a well appointed fireplace and luxurious wooden furniture. Solang Diaries has its own parking space and we can also arrange pickup and drop facilities from Bhuntar Airport or Manali Town

Reservation Policy:

• Room confirmation subject to advance payments
• Check-in time is 2:00 PM; Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and charged extra
• It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification upon check in.

Cancellation Policy:

• 07 days from the date of arrival OR no show, no refund is claimable.
• 15 days to 07 days of arrival, 50% refund is claimable, after deduction of TDS/Service charge/Taxes/Bank charges.
• 15 days or more prior to the date of arrival, Refund is claimable after deduction of TDS/Service charge/Taxes/Bank charges.

House Rules @ Solang Diaries

• Smoking and Vaping is strictly prohibited inside the house. You may request to use balcony or garden area for smoking.
• Check-in time : 2.00 PM and Check-out time : 12.00 Noon
• At least one photo ID card is to be carried at all times
• For cleaning purposes, room keys are to be left with the caretaker
• Please do not deface the property by pasting any notice/ poster on the walls of the property.
• Vehicles of all kinds should be kept/ parked properly in the designated place.
• Drivers are not allowed for overnight stay inside the house
• The Guest House closes at 11.00 p.m.
• Please inform the caretaker in advance for any change of schedule.
• Valuables should be kept under safe custody. We will not be responsible for any loss.
• The cost of any damages to the Furniture and Furnishing will be added to the final bill.
• Please do not litter your room or common areas. Acquaint yourself with the proper disposal methods.
• If travelling with pets, ensure they do not litter in the premises / neighbourhood.
• Please enjoy the place but keep loud voices, singing and music to a respectable level, especially after 10.00 pm
• Do not engage in any illegal activities anywhere in the property.
• Please do not indulge in any substance abuse in and around the property.
• The use of firearms and hunting is strictly prohibited in and around the property
• Do not enter in any kind of physical or verbal abuse in the neighbourhood. If there is any issue that needs attention, take our help in resolving it or inform the local police.
• We do not serve alcohol or any alcoholic products. You may get your own or buy locally.
• Barbecue/Bonfire is only permitted in our open area. In case of snow & rain, we will not be able to entertain such services.
• Plucking of flowers/fruits is strictly prohibited in-house or in the surrounding areas of ‘Solang Diaries’
• Doing laundry in your room is strictly prohibited. We do have in-house laundry service available.
• Please do not dump waste, tissue papers or anything which may cause of blocking toilet or water channel.
• We are an eco-friendly cottage and we save the precious resources such as water, electricity and food. We request you to do such deeds. Please turn off the lights & water taps in case of no use and do not waste eatables.
• Guests are expected to maintain decorum during stay. Every other in-house guest needs their privacy & wishes to enjoy “A Stay in Serenity” with Solang Diaries kind of property which is totally a nature based cottage.
• Lightning candles or any fire items are strictly not allowed.
• We provide meals to drivers but we don`t have accommodation facilities for drivers at Solang Diaries. Post COVID parking of only self driven/ self owned vehicles are allowed in property and any taxis would not be allowed overnight parking.
• Please do not flush anything down the toilet except for toilet paper.
• Don’t use too much toilet paper as it may block or cause the toilet to overflow
• Ladies please do not flush sanitary items such as tampons and pads down the toilet.

It is considered that you have read and agreed on “House Rules” mentioned above & you will adhere to them. In case any of our in-house guests will found in breaching any rules, ‘Solang Diaries’ management reserve the right to cancel or amend your stay/booking.
